What is the meaning of life for you?
It’s a time God gives us to be happy, do his Will and follow the path that will take us to Heaven at the end of it.

Why do you think life is worth living?
We are on a voyage towards Heaven, the eternal happiness that is what God made us for. I know that God created me for love, so everything that happens in my life is for the best, because God is the one who most wants me to be happy.

What helps you when you’re going through a bad time or meet some unexpected difficulty or suffering?
Remembering Christ’s Passion, and also remembering Mary’s sufferings. As a mom myself I’m amazed at how our Lady loves us so much, and intercedes for us, when we are the ones who caused her Son to suffer.

What does being a Christian mean to you?
Following Christ, not in theory but in practice. Trying to do what Christ would do in my place, in each situation.

What about being a Christian in the middle of the world?
Doing the everyday things for supernatural reasons. Knowing that although something may seem trivial I can offer it to God. Knowing that I am pleasing God with those things, not only when I am doing something religious like praying or going to Mass.

Are you doing anything to make the world a better place?
I do little tiny things, to contribute my little grain of sand. For example, I don’t start yelling when I get stopped by a traffic cop. I use the social media to raise awareness of certain issues. I try to be a very good wife. I keep learning and training so that I can bring up my daughters well.

How would you explain who God is to a friend?
He is the Supreme Being who created me, but at the same time He’s my Friend, I can chat with him. I’m his beloved daughter that He gave his life for.

Will you go to a Mass in honor of St. Josemaria around June 26? Where will you go?
Yes, at Monterrey Liceo.
